27th 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) Course Commencing from July 2011.
Applications are invited from unmarried male who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects and fulfill the eligibility conditions for the grant of Permanent Commission/ SSC in the Indian Army.

• Posts : 85 posts
• Qualification : 10+2 (PCM) with 70% marks.
• Age : 16 and half to 19 and half years i.e. born between 01 Jan 1993 and and 01 Jan 1996 (both days inclusive)
• Physical Standard: min. height 152 cm and weight 42 kg., better eye 6/6 and worst eye 6/18
• Type of Commission : On susccessful completion of 4 years of the course cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt. in Arms/Services as per discretion of Army Hq.
• Pay Scale : Candidates will be entitled to pay sclae of Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs.5400 plus MSP Rs.6000 and other allowances.

Method of Selection: Only selected (shortlisted) candidates will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview at Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore for fivesselection process. In which candidates will be put through Psychological test, Group Test and Interview.

• Following specifications are to be strictly followed while submitting photograph with the application form : (i) Colour Passport size photograph (ii) It should be in Sharp Focus (iii) The name of the applicant and date on which the photograph taken should be clearly displayed within the photograph itself (iv) Black and White, blurred photographs will not be acceptable

How to Apply : The complete application forms duly filled in along with 2 recent coloured photographs out of which one should be pasted on the application form and second copy of the same photograph should be attested by a gazetted officer and be attached with the application form and photocopies of relevant documents/ certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and the IPO should be handed over at the Reception counters (on ground floor ) in Office of the DSSSB, FC-18, Institutional Area, Karkardooma, Delhi-1100092 from 16/09/2011 to 17/10/2011. Become a Short Service Commissioned (SSC) Officer in Executive Branch (General Service - GS) and Technical Branch - July 2012 Course. Applications are invited from unmarried Male Indian Citizens for Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer in Executive Branch (General Service) and Technical Branch of the Indian Navy for July 2012 Course.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Age : Between 19 & 1/2 to 25 years for Technical General Service /Submarine Cadre and Executive (GS) Cadre , Between  21 and 25 years for Naval Architecture Cadre

Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400 and MSP Rs.6000

SSC : Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.
