Selection procedure: Short listed candidates will be called for an interview

SSC Online – 465 Scientific Assistant vacancies 2011.

SSC Online – 465 Scientific Assistant vacancies 2011: Staff Selection Commission – SSC has asking online applications from eligible candidates for filling up of 465 Scientific Assistant vacancies in Indian Meteorological Department. Eligible candidates should apply through online. The information regarding age limit, educational qualification and other information of SSC Online is given below…

SSC Online vacancy details:
Total no. of posts: 465 posts
Name of the posts:
Scientific Assistant: 465 posts in Indian Meteorological Department

Age limit: Not Exceeding 30 years as on 28-10-2011, age relaxation as per rules.

Educational qualification: Candidates passed with Bachelors Degree in Science, Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent with 60% marks.

Application fee: Candidates paid the fee for Rs 100/- for General candidates (No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates) through State Bank of India challan or using online payment facility of State Bank of India.

Selection procedure: The mode of selection is based on written test/interview (personality test).

How to apply: The eligible candidates have to apply through online from the SSC website between 01-10-2011 to 26-10-2011 for part I Registration and 01-10-2011 to 28-10-2011 for part II Registration. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before applying online. The filling of online application contains two parts that is part I Registration and part II Registration.
